A company is looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager to drive product-led growth and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the product-led growth and sales engine to increase user activation and conversion
- Conduct experiments and leverage data to shape the growth roadmap and achieve acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall product vision and strategy
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically in B2B SaaS with a focus on product-led growth
- Proven track record in building successful activation and monetization experiences
- Experience with rapid experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and results analysis
- Ability to thrive in early-stage start-ups and balance execution with scaling processes
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
