Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst, Classic APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to evaluate core product performance and usage
• Monitor product health, identifying risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities
• Manage escalations from Support and Revenue teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution

Qualifications and Experience:

• 6+ years of product experience with a proven track record of driving insights
• Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Snowflake, and Splunk
• Experience supporting product, support, or revenue teams with actionable data insights
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing) to measure product impact
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies
