Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager of Retirement Distributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for retirement distribution products, enhancing participant journeys and conducting market research
• Champion the transformation of legacy distribution processes into modern, integrated experiences across digital and human-assisted channels
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and DOL requirements while optimizing withdrawal processes and enhancing participant experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 8 years of product management experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in retirement plan administration
• Deep understanding of retirement plan regulations and proven experience with loan processing and hardship withdrawals
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for measuring and optimizing end-to-end experience metrics
