Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (Intranet).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate product vision and requirements for HR-related services
• Manage HR product development to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction
• Collaborate with support teams and maintain documentation while monitoring task implementation

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Youtrack/Jira, Figma, and Confluence
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis and calculations
• Conversational English at the B2 - upper-intermediate level
