Key Responsibilities
- Develop and formulate product vision and requirements for HR-related services
- Manage HR product development to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction
- Collaborate with support teams and maintain documentation while monitoring task implementation
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as Youtrack/Jira, Figma, and Confluence
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis and calculations
- Conversational English at the B2 - upper-intermediate level
