Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager, Voice AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Voice AI backend roadmap end-to-end
• Scope and prioritize features around STT, TTS, VAD, and LLM integrations
• Define requirements for programmable voice primitives and partner with engineering to deliver improvements

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in programmable voice including SIP, WebRTC, and call control APIs
• Familiarity with AI pipelines such as STT, TTS, and LLM orchestration
• Proven success in delivering backend or distributed systems products
• Hands-on experience with APIs and technical specifications
• Experience in real-time voice technology and shipping backend infrastructure products
