Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Financial Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product management efforts for complex, large-scale product groups to meet customer expectations and organizational objectives
• Direct the development and implementation of complex product initiatives, including improvements and new product development
• Consult with stakeholders to guide product management, development, and marketing efforts while coaching and overseeing other professionals

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant work experience, including 3-5 years in product management or technical project management
• Deep understanding of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, with preference for certification in SAFe
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders
• Ability to work in ambiguity and lead complex initiatives
• A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation
