Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Product Managers to facilitate initiative and feature releases aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the product development process from discovery to execution for new or existing initiatives
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze and define product requirements and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 4-6 years of relevant Product Management or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience documenting business processes and operational workflows
• Demonstrated ability to identify product feature gaps and suggest improvements
