Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuvolo Developer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow/Nuvolo and external systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop Systems Requirement Specifications (SRS)
• Implement and enhance workflows for Service Catalog, Incident Management, and other IT service management processes

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 1-2 years in Nuvolo modules
• Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, HTML, and UI customization
• Proficiency in SOAP, REST, and data migration techniques
