Senior Director of IT Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of IT Operations to lead day-to-day technology operations and support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of IT professionals while managing day-to-day IT operations
• Drive the development and execution of the Foundation's long-term technology strategy and operational initiatives
• Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and ensure adherence to service standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• At least 10 years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in an operational leadership role
• Proven experience managing multi-platform, 24/7 infrastructure environments
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud environments
• Experience with tools for tracking SLAs and managing operational accountability
