Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Content Support (Primary Focus – ~70%)
- Execute a ready-to-go marketing strategy focused on LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn post scheduling, engagement, and community amplification (especially within an active alumni network).
- Repurpose testimonials, templates, and content assets into compelling digital content.
- Write and edit emails, lead magnets, and posts aligned to brand voice and communication goals.
- Build and manage simple email automations in MailChimp including segmentation, tagging, and funnel setup.
- Support creation of lead magnets and manage download-to-funnel workflows.
- Organize, tag, and creatively reuse a large library of testimonials and images across campaigns.
- Create graphics and visual assets using Canva (or equivalent tools).
Online Program Support (Secondary Focus – ~20%)
- Manage Zoom breakout rooms during online live programs (no teaching or client interaction required).
- Use pre-prepared participant lists to assign attendees to rooms and manage transitions.
- Troubleshoot light tech issues in real-time (if needed).
- Use Slack as a back-channel communication tool to stay in sync during sessions.
Project Management & Workflow (Supportive – ~10%)
- Maintain and update task boards in Asana; optionally initiate your own systems if needed.
- Respond quickly to Slack-based ad hoc tasks with "Done" confirmations.
- Serve as an accountability partner to help projects cross the finish line, even when they start spontaneously.
- Suggest and organize co-working sessions or creative collaboration blocks as needed.

Skills & Experience
- Strong writing and editing skills (portfolio or sample required).
- Marketing-savvy: Can translate raw materials into compelling digital communications.
- Technically fluent: Can learn tools like MailChimp and Airtable independently if needed.
- Proficient with task management and able to close loops on projects with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable working across multiple tools and juggling shifting priorities.
- Bonus: Experience with content marketing, coaching, or high-touch service businesses.
