OEM Solution Architecture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, OEM Solution Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize the workflow of OEM technical teams for product integration
• Plan and coordinate NPI activities, guiding teams on integrating technologies with OEMs
• Lead the development of end-to-end hardware and software solutions, ensuring timely execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with IT management focus
• 10+ years of experience in OEM, ODM, and datacenter operations, with 4+ years in a leadership role
• Proven coordination skills in managing workflows across technical engagements and solution development
• Familiarity with OEM integration cycles, including product qualification and launch processes
• High-level understanding of relevant technologies, including GPU and networking solutions
