Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Product Training Specialist to become an in-house product expert and enhance training and documentation for customers and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the product knowledge expert on the Onboarding team, mastering all modules and workflows
- Develop and deliver internal training for the Customer Experience team
- Create and maintain customer-facing product documentation, including onboarding guides and training resources
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in onboarding, training, technical writing, or customer-facing SaaS roles
- Deep curiosity and motivation to become a product expert
- Ability to design clear and engaging training content and documentation
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing documentation programs
- Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
