Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Leader Network Coordinator for High School Study Abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard qualified applicants for the Global Navigator Program Leader position
• Coordinate training logistics and maintain communication with Program Leaders throughout the year
• Develop strategies to improve student recruitment efforts through Program Leader Alumni

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience in human resources, customer service, or sales
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Experience with international travel or study abroad is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, as needed
