Oncology Data Compliance Educator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance and Quality Auditor/Educator - Oncology Data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver group and one-on-one training sessions tailored to student progress and learning needs
• Develop educational content using current editions of official references such as STORE, SEER, AJCC, NAACCR, and ICD-O-3
• Create assessments to measure training effectiveness and support continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 ODS-C certification required
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's in Health Information preferred
• Minimum 3 years of oncology data abstraction experience (5 years preferred)
• Education and/or re-abstracting audit experience
• Strong knowledge of cancer registry standards and coding guidelines
