Operations Technology Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Technology Training Specialist to lead learning initiatives within their affordable property management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in-person, webinar, and workshop training sessions on property management system products and related tools
• Guide new employees through onboarding and create/update learning materials
• Partner with regional executives to ensure training aligns with business goals and implement new training strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering training to geographically diverse teams
• Strong understanding of affordable housing programs, including LIHTC and HUD compliance requirements
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with property management system products
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and modern learning techniques
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive issues professionally
