Online Grading Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Grading Assistant to support instructors in evaluating student performance and providing feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist primary instructor with grading weekly discussion questions and participation
• Provide written feedback in accordance with the primary instructor's guidelines
• Monitor discussion forum posts and address any concerns with the primary instructor

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Psychology, Rhetoric, Education, or Communications
• Completion of sufficient courses in the relevant discipline with a grade of B or higher
• Ability to adhere to weekly grading deadlines
• Experience in providing constructive feedback
• Commitment to upholding academic standards and ethical guidelines
