Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and ecosystem teams to organize work plans
• Track and report all activities for open source development and releases
• Manage multiple distributed teams of developers, including performance management and hiring

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience in software development management or as a lead
• 2+ years of experience on a Web3 development team
• Technical knowledge of Ethereum and smart contract programming languages (e.g., Solidity, Rust)
• Familiarity with OpenZeppelin libraries
