Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Developer Senior Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of Pega applications aligned with business objectives and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Pega developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural patterns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in Pega application development and architecture
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Deep expertise in Pega 8.x or higher, including App Studio and Dev Studio
• Certified Pega System Architect is required; Certified Pega Senior System Architect is preferred
