Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes and present data-driven recommendations to leadership
• Develop, manage, and improve Excel-based dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
• Own the data lifecycle: collect, validate, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required; Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a similar operational support role required; experience in the employee benefits industry preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data visualization tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong work ethic; results-driven, and self-motivated
