Optimiza is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant to join our team of analytics experts. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in BI tools and methodologies to deliver high-quality reporting solutions and establish best practices in data visualization and business performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations tailored to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements and BI strategies.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can enhance business performance.
- Optimize existing BI solutions by improving performance, usability, and data accuracy.
- Provide training and support to clients in the use of BI tools and best practices for data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging BI technologies to continuously enhance our service offerings.
- Lead and mentor junior BI consultants and analysts, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields.
- Extensive experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Proven experience in data modeling, reporting, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Relevant BI certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist) are a plus.
