Job Summary
A company is looking for a SIU Investigator - Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth claim file reviews to identify suspected fraudulent activity and make compliance recommendations
- Educate claims staff on insurance fraud awareness and best practices through training and consultations
- Coordinate investigations with internal and external parties, and document all findings in the case management system
Required Qualifications
- Broad understanding of multiple lines of insurance, particularly Property and Casualty
- Five years of SIU or claims adjusting experience, or seven years in complex insurance investigations
- Experience with multi-claim activities specific to Auto and General Liability claims
- In-depth knowledge of claims handling, legal issues, and insurance industry operations
- Current Private Investigator's License required
