Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Digital Channels (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for a client-facing digital platform
• Define and refine user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Analytics, modeling, or reporting, OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Analytics, modeling, or reporting
• Experience working with Treasury Management applications is a plus
• Strong understanding of systems applications
• Experience building out system portals
• Experience working in Agile project environments
