Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Analytics Lead to oversee analytics projects and manage a team in the analytics and data management department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the analytics team for requirements gathering, analysis, and technical architecture
• Lead the development of ETL packages, data analyses, reports, and custom dashboards
• Coordinate client meetings to define project requirements and design visualizations

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics (P3 level)
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR (P2 level)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
