Oracle Cloud ERP Training Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP Training Lead-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured change management strategies using frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci
• Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and integrate change plans into project governance
• Oversee training and enablement efforts, including Oracle-specific learning paths and tools

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in change management, preferably within healthcare and Oracle Cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred
• Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP) preferred
• PMP Certification preferred
