Oracle Cloud Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst - Oracle Cloud Payroll to support a full-platform Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and post go-live of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, focusing on the Payroll module
• Collaborate with implementation partners, maintain and configure Payroll, and troubleshoot issues
• Analyze and document business requirements, support testing and training, and contribute to system configuration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-5+ years of experience in IT/business analysis within healthcare or ERP environments
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, including configuration and production support
• Experience with HCM, PeopleSoft Payroll, and ServiceNow is a plus
• Exposure to NYC Health + Hospitals is preferred
