Oracle HCM Integration Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Integration Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using various Oracle HCM tools
• Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits partners to document integration mappings and ensure accurate data exchange
• Build and maintain custom reports across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM data model and table structures
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL for custom development and reporting
• Familiarity with Fast Formulas and their role in payroll calculations
• Solid understanding of payroll balance adjustments and retro pay scenarios
