Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Specialist RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of OASIS admission documents and Plans of Care for CMS compliance
• Collaborate with management and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and positive patient outcomes
• Serve as a consultant and expert on OASIS for Home Health staff across the region

Required Qualifications

• Education sufficient for licensure
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
• Licensure in states where care is delivered
• 2 years of nursing experience in Home Health or Palliative Care
• Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
