Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrated Provider (PMHNP) to provide psychological services remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete client documentation within 48 hours and attend weekly group consultations
• Collaborate with the integrated care team and therapists regarding mutual clients
• Maintain a flexible schedule while fulfilling client-facing, collaboration, administration, and flex hours

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as an RN and PMHNP in Oregon, with residency in Oregon or select states
• Experience providing psychological services to clients with complex diagnoses
• Clinical training in trauma-informed treatment models for children and families
• Preferred bilingual ability in Spanish
• Availability for a full-time, flexible work schedule
