Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for program initiatives
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and develop targeted communication, engagement, and training plans
- Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and cross-functional working groups to improve service delivery and inter-agency coordination
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably within regulated environments
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Ability to interpret and apply federal regulations and compliance standards
