Outside Plant Analyst - GIS

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist - Outside Plant Analyst - GIS I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to engineering personnel by utilizing GIS software to create outside plant engineering project deliverables
• Examine project documentation and update outside plant records in GIS
• Communicate outside plant engineering project status updates, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience
• 4+ years of utility construction -AND/OR- engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience with GIS software (e.g., ESRI, ArcPro, Arc Desktop, AGOL, 3GIS)
• Degree or certificate in GIS or related discipline preferred
• 2+ years of telecommunications experience (or equivalent utility experience)
