Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of major system components

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of development experience, with at least 3+ years using OutSystems
• Proven leadership experience guiding development teams and influencing architecture
• Hands-on experience working in agile environments
• Proficiency in at least four development languages
