Palo Alto Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Palo Alto Engineer to manage and enhance cybersecurity measures using advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, maintain, and analyze security applications including Palo Alto Firewalls, Cortex XSOAR, SASE, and Panorama
• Evaluate and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and systems while identifying security risks and exposures
• Coordinate incident management and support security posture assessments and compliance audits

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
• Experience with Palo Alto technologies and threat hunting/analysis using security tools
• Must hold Security+ certification or equivalent
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Preferred experience with ticketing systems and security tools like Splunk and Tenable
