Key Responsibilities
- Identify and negotiate strategic brand partnerships to enhance awareness and trial of products
- Lead planning and execution of brand-led experiences to deepen consumer engagement
- Design integrated shopper campaigns and material toolkits to drive in-store and online conversion
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in brand, shopper, experiential, or partnership marketing in the CPG, VMS, or wellness category
- Proven track record of executing partnership and experiential programs that deliver ROI
- Deep understanding of the omnichannel path to purchase and retail dynamics
- Experience managing creative development and external vendors
- Passion for health, wellness, and purpose-driven brands
