Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver training sessions in a virtual environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience within the last two years required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) required
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a healthcare office setting is a bonus
