Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver training sessions in a virtual environment
• Design and enhance training content for new hires and processes
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience within the last two years required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) required
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a healthcare office setting is a bonus
