Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound student calls while addressing work items systematically
- Create action plans to resolve student concerns and support their long-term success
Required Qualifications and Education
- Must reside in one of the approved states: AZ, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, WA, WY, UT, TX
- Bachelor's degree completed prior to applying is required
- Proficient in computer applications and capable of navigating complex software
- General knowledge of the higher education industry and related fields of study
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
