AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Enablement Lead to design and deliver AI-related learning experiences across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the enterprise AI learning strategy in collaboration with AI leaders and business stakeholders
• Design and facilitate engaging, hands-on learning experiences to enhance AI understanding and application
• Curate and evolve a toolkit of AI learning resources and support teams in implementing AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a technical environment (e.g., engineering, technical product management)
• Direct experience using AI tools and applying them in real-world workflows
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI use case development
• Experience driving organization-wide change and tool adoption at scale
• Bonus: Experience creating training content or leading communities of practice
