Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute customer education strategies, including tutorials, webinars, and a Learning Hub
- Create and host educational content and community programs to engage customers
- Track success metrics and establish processes for content and community operations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Education, Community, CX, or related fields
- Proven ability to build and scale customer-facing programs
- Comfortable creating tutorials and directly using the product for education
- Strong operational and program management skills
- Experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or community-led growth is a bonus
