Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design and development of online training programs and multimedia resources
• Conduct needs assessments to clarify training goals and audience requirements
• Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System and ensure accessibility for diverse learners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or 5 years of equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in online training design and development
• 2 years of experience in mental health training, ideally in crisis counseling
• Experience with multimedia production and video editing
• Fluency in written Spanish language
