Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design and development of online training programs and multimedia resources
- Conduct needs assessments to clarify training goals and audience requirements
- Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System and ensure accessibility for diverse learners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or 5 years of equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in online training design and development
- 2 years of experience in mental health training, ideally in crisis counseling
- Experience with multimedia production and video editing
- Fluency in written Spanish language
