Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Learning Consultant to supervise instructional designers and enhance learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions aligned with business goals
• Manage and mentor a team of two instructional designers, providing guidance and support
• Oversee the lifecycle of learning projects and collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design or learning and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing learning projects from concept to completion
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico and have access to high-speed internet
