Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions aligned with business goals
- Manage and mentor a team of two instructional designers, providing guidance and support
- Oversee the lifecycle of learning projects and collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design or learning and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing learning projects from concept to completion
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico and have access to high-speed internet
