A company is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to manage and support a Docebo Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and maintain the LMS, including user roles and permissions
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for users
- Generate reports to track learner progress and optimize training programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT systems, computer science, educational technology, or related field
- Experience administering an LMS, preferably Docebo
- Knowledge of system integrations and databases
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Minimal travel (10-15%) is required
