Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to manage and support a Docebo Learning Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customize and maintain the LMS, including user roles and permissions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for users
  • Generate reports to track learner progress and optimize training programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT systems, computer science, educational technology, or related field
  • Experience administering an LMS, preferably Docebo
  • Knowledge of system integrations and databases
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills
  • Minimal travel (10-15%) is required
