CPIS Program Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPIS Program Assistant to support the Career Pathways Initiative Scholars program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with program buildout and meet weekly with the Director of Alumni Programs
• Engage with participants through discussions, attendance tracking, and administrative tasks
• Help organize industry panels and collect participant testimonials for promotion

Required Qualifications

• Previously served as a WSP Mobile Training Team Fellow/Lead Fellow or completed the Graduate Pathways or Career Pathways program
• Strong interest in supporting career pathways for enlisted veterans
• Ability to assist participants at various educational and professional stages
• Experience with group instruction and lesson planning for non-traditional students is desired
• Personal passion for self-reflection and goal setting
