Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to support onboarding and internal training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling, communications, and training logistics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to update training content and facilitate engaging training sessions
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and conduct readiness check-ins with new hires
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in training or learning & development
- 2+ years of experience with curriculum/training material development
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative roles focused on technical training/support
- Experience delivering or facilitating live training sessions, either in person or virtually
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and strong organizational skills
