Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Suitability Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to assess training needs for the Purchase Experience teams
- Develop and deliver engaging learning content and maintain Suitability operating guidelines
- Facilitate training sessions and gather feedback to refine training programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of insurance experience specific to Suitability and/or 5+ years of learning & development experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with Suitability tools and processes
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
