Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor to support and mentor students and their families throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with students and families through regular check-ins and goal-setting
• Serve as a liaison for families, providing guidance and support for virtual learning
• Track student engagement and retention metrics while collaborating with instructors and administrators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in student advising, coaching, or academic support, preferably in a virtual setting
• Proven understanding of adolescent development and family dynamics
• High emotional intelligence and effective listening skills
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and learning platforms
