A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist - III.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute HR-related training transactions in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support classroom course delivery and logistics, including course enrollment and material preparation
- Coordinate vendor partnerships and manage external eLearning vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required
- Experience in training administration is preferred
- Ability to oversee the work of vendors and temporary employees
- Strong organization and time management skills
