Key Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials and facilitate engaging virtual events aligned with learning objectives
• Provide one-to-one virtual coaching and support to students in achieving their personal, academic, and career goals
• Participate in faculty development and facilitate student communities to enhance collaboration and interaction

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree in Education or related field
• Three years of K-12 classroom teaching experience, including one year of online teaching
• Experience in teaching courses related to educational ethics and classroom management
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Flexibility to support students during evening and weekend hours
