Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and engage them via phone and email
- Conduct consultative conversations to assess student needs and present tailored enrollment solutions
- Manage prospective student information and collaborate with various departments to facilitate the enrollment process
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of online admissions experience in a consultative sales role
- Self-driven with the ability to make multiple outbound calls daily
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Salesforce knowledge preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines as an individual contributor
