Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor for International Student Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective international students and guide them through the admissions process
• Manage international student records and ensure data integrity for application files
• Meet or exceed enrollment goals through effective pipeline management and follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Four years of experience in higher education preferred
• CRM experience preferred; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• Commitment to the educational goals and personal development of students
• Completion of Designated School Officer (DSO) training for compliance with regulations
