Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Wind-specific New Hire Orientation
- Identify training needs for new hires and coordinate schedules
- Track and report on training statistics and maintain attendance records
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems; experience with Safety Skills LMS is a plus
- Knowledge of renewable energy industry best practices preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
