  • Facilitate Wind-specific New Hire Orientation
  • Identify training needs for new hires and coordinate schedules
  • Track and report on training statistics and maintain attendance records
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems; experience with Safety Skills LMS is a plus
  • Knowledge of renewable energy industry best practices preferred
