Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to manage admissions for a graduate healthcare program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the degree program and engage with prospective students through various communication channels
• Determine candidate eligibility and support the conversion of applicants to matriculation
• Maintain accurate records, track accounts, and provide feedback on enrollment processes

Required Qualifications

• College degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in a service-oriented environment or university setting
• 3+ years of experience using Salesforce
• Experience working in inside or outside phone sales, or in higher education admissions/enrollment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
